All Linguex Translations Inc. is founded by two professional translators and one accredited court interpreter. We utilize highly skilled translators and proofreaders NOT machine translations. Translations done by properly qualified professionals ensure that the resulting text is perfectly elegant and appropriate in style and content. This takes time and skill.

Privacy

We guarantee total discretion even if the material is sent only to allow us to make an estimate, without the job being assigned to us. If you have privacy concerns, we will sign a legally binding non-disclosure contract and make our translator(s) sign it as well. We treat all information as private and confidential.

Documentation & Delivery

Your order is confirmed only after we receive your written acceptance of our estimate sent to us by e-mail, fax or letter.

Appointment of the job also implies acceptance of all the conditions indicated herein.

We work with most word processing and graphics formats, as well as HTML source code. We have modern computer systems and a wide range of software.

Please provide us with the document in electronic form as an attachment; ideally in a standard, easy to open program such as Microsoft Word or as a PDF file. However, we can also deal with printed documents received by fax and courier.

Please specify if you require the finished translation formatted for print.

We will return the finished translation by email, or in print output by courier or you can pick the finished job up. There will be a delivery charge for printed papers or files on CD-ROM: we will use the delivery method requested by the client and decline all responsibility in the event of loss of the package.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with our translation, we will work until you are satisfied. If you are still not satisfied, we will give you 100% refund. Any complaints by the client, in relation to dissimilarities and/or defects in the work delivered and/or regarding the sums invoiced, must be communicated in writing within eight days of receipt of the job. After this term the translation will be considered finally accepted, without it being possible to raise any objections.
