Payment Policy

For smaller sums (under $3,000) you can pay online, using our secure PayPal account above with your credit or debit card, cheque or cash accounts.

For larger sums, please arrange a bank transfer or pay by business check. If you are a corporate customer or plan to assign regular work to us, we will set up payment schedules and invoicing methods.

We only accept work accompanied by a signed and approved Purchase Order.

In the event of a job assigned and subsequently cancelled, the translation will be intended as executed; it will therefore be at the clients disposal and must be fully paid for.

A 50% deposit is required for large volume translations or new clients payable via PayPal or business cheque made out to All Linguex Translations Inc..

30% more is required when it is completed and delivered. The remaining can be paid within 20 business days by cheque or bank wire. We request that a copy of the bank transfer be faxed to us.

If you are a first time customer, we expect you to pay before we send out the translation. For established corporations, we can discuss payment methods.

Fee Schedule (Add GST to all Fees)

Cost varies from 0.23 cents to 0.45 cents per source word, according to the language pair, complexity, volume, time frame and/or format. A minimum charge submission is applied. For rush or urgent jobs: add 20% of the total cost.

Certified Documents by Official Translators with Official Stamp: From $55.00. Minimum Flat Rate.

Notarizations: $35.00 / Document.

General Translations: From 0.23 cents per word.
Technical Translations: From 0.26 cents per word.

We have certified translators and a lawyer notary public on site.
